Phase 1: DISCOVERY

The Phase 1 deliverable is a comprehensive search plan complete with a position description, compensation package details and a profile of the ideal candidate.
Phase 2: SEARCH AND QUALIFICATION
Once we have a clear picture of the position requirements and your ideal candidate we go to work. We access our extensive network of resources to identify and deliver a pool of candidates that match your specifications. Our team conducts the initial interviews with the most qualified prospects in the pool and prepares evaluation reports and recommendations for your review.
The Phase 2 deliverable is a slate of vetted candidates.
Phase 3: INTERVIEWS AND SELECTION
Ivy manages the interview process for you and your team, collects feedback from you and the candidates and conducts reference checks. We facilitate the second and final rounds of interviews and act as your resource through the employment offer and negotiation process.
The Phase 3 deliverable is a fully qualified new hire.
